吴波，副研究员，男，1981年11月生，理学博士，硕士研究生导师。2004年毕业于西北农林科技大学生命科学学院生物技术专业，理学学士；2014年毕业于四川大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业，理学博士；2008年至2010年期间，赴荷兰莱顿大学生物研究所（Institute of Biology Leiden Universiteit）进行博士研究生联合培养。2012年起任职于农业农村部沼气科学研究所生物质能技术研究中心。现任四川省科技青年联合会理事。
目前主要研究方向为能源微生物及代谢工程，包括：（1）微生物育种新技术及高通量筛选；（2）纤维素生物基产品代谢途径组装及构建。在国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇，其中第一或通讯作者在Biotechnology for Biofuels、Microbial Cell Factories、Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology、Bioscience Biotechnology and Biochemistry等SCI期刊发表论文6篇，中文核心期刊1篇。获授权国家发明专利1项，成果鉴定1项（主要完成人）。主持四川省科技计划、中国农业科学院基本科研项目等5项，参加国家自然科学基金、四川省杰出青年科学基金、四川省科技支撑计划、国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项、国家科技支撑计划、公益性行业科研专项等12项科研工作。现指导硕士研究生1名，协助培养硕士研究生5名。
