龚贵平


龚贵平,副研究员,工学博士,微生物合成生物学与生物转化团队科研骨干,主要研究领域为微生物系统与合成生物学、代谢工程、生物质转化与资源化利用,研究方向包括:1)微生物系统与合成生物学及代谢工程:基于酵母和微藻等微生物平台,开发和构建抗逆高效底盘与细胞工厂,实现以低值生物质及一碳/二碳/多碳底物为原料的生物基化学品高效生产;2)新型合成生物学工具开发与应用:基于CRISPR/Cas基因编辑系统,开发底盘适配性的新型高效基因组编辑与单碱基编辑系统:3)废弃生物质资源化转化与利用:构建和开发高效微生物细胞工厂,实现秸秆、酒糟、醋糟等低值废弃生物质的高效利用与高值转化,合成生物燃料(油脂、脂肪酸等)与高值化学品(蛋白饲料、乳酸、色素、萜烯类物质、药物中间体等)。近3年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、四川省“生物制造”重大科技专项(“揭榜挂帅”项目)子课题1项、四川省重点研发计划项目子课题1项、四川省自然科学基金青年基金1项、中央级科研院所基本科研业务费1项、所级基本科研业务费1项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Biotechnology Advances、Bioresource Technology、ACS Synthetic Biology、Science of the Total Environment、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Engineering Microbiology等SCI期刊发表研究论文10余篇,影响因子83,被引200余次,以第一发明人申请发明专利1项。担任iScience、Biomass and Bioenergy等SCI期刊评审专家。
