吴波

吴波,副研究员,男,1981年11月生,理学博士,硕士研究生导师。2004年毕业于西北农林科技大学生命科学学院生物技术专业,理学学士;2014年毕业于四川大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业,理学博士;2008年至2010年,荷兰莱顿大学生物研究所联合培养博士研究生。四川省科技青年联合会理事、中国微生物学会会员、成渝地区双城经济圈科技创新联盟项目评估咨询专家。

主要研究领域为微生物代谢工程与农业废弃物资源化利用,研究方向包括:(1)微生物种质资源创制创新:基于理性分子设计或非理性诱变和实验室进化策略创制工程菌株,实现秸秆转化微生物种质资源的改造、高通量筛选、评价和发酵过程工程放大优化等平台技术和方法的开发和应用;(2)代谢工程和合成生物学工具的开发和应用。以多基因代谢途径组装、CRISPR基因组编辑以及多组学数据整合分析为核心,开发生物合成底盘微生物;(3)农业废弃物的肥料化利用。近五年来,以第一或通讯作者(含并列)发表SCI论文16篇,授权发明专利1件(第一发明人)。现指导硕士生4名(含国际学生1名)。
