Relevance to the Project
My research has long focused on resource efficiency in agricultural systems, particularly the conversion of food loss, crop residues, livestock manure, and organic waste into renewable energy and bio-based products. I have developed and deployed technologies that reduce food waste, enhance material circularity, and mitigate greenhouse gas emissions across rural supply chains. My work aligns directly with the goals of “Sustainable Food Systems: Resource Efficiency, Food Loss and Food Waste,” offering both scientific insight and practical solutions for sustainable resource management in food systems.
