Abstract: As a big agricultural country, there are serious environmental problems because a large of number of straw is burned every year in China. Straw biogas utilization can effectively deal with waste, and produce clean energy-biogas. But the straw fermentation device exist many problems in terms of construction technology and reactor design. To make it easy to appear the low construction quality, blockage import and export, and there is low efficiency and not stable working in the long-term fermentation process. In this paper, by analyzing and comparing with fermentation device, we select a new type of material-fiber reinforced plastics, which is suitable for the large areas of rural area. Putting forward to improve the structure, in order to improve the effect of straw fermentation.
