邓良伟,研究员,男,1966 年4月出生,博士,博士研究生生导师,农业农村部沼气科学研究所总工程师,农业部、中国农业科学院“畜禽粪污沼气化处理利用创新团队”首席专家。1987年毕业于四川农业大学土壤及农业化学专业,农学学士;1996年毕业于南京大学环境生物学专业,理学硕士;2007年毕业于浙江大学环境工程系,工学博士。曾在四川省安岳县环境保护局从事环境监测工作,现在农业农村部沼气科学研究所从事废水、固体废弃物处理及沼气工程的研究、设计和调试工作。主持了20多项国家、省部级研究课题,设计调试了蒙牛澳亚国际示范牧场(存栏10000头奶牛)沼气发电综合利用工程、四川省邛崃市金利实业有限公司固驿种猪场沼气工程等沼气及废水处理工程30多座。发表研究论文130多篇;出版专著1部、编著1部,参与编写专业书籍9部;获得国家发明专利授权9项,实用新型专利授权3项。获得国家科技进步二等奖1项(第5完成人),四川省科技进步奖一等奖1项(第1完成人)。对畜禽养殖废弃物处理技术进行了比较深入的研究,发明了“厌氧-加原水-间歇曝气(Anarwia)新工艺”、“基于浓稀分流的猪场粪污处理技术”、以及“一体化厌氧-湿地废水处理技术”,总结提出了畜禽养殖场粪污处理三种模式,解决了制约畜禽养殖废水厌氧消化及好氧后处理多项技术难题。

目前在研课题主要包括:国家生猪产业技术体系建设专项、国家重点研发专项课题、国家自然自然科学基金面上项目、中国农业科学院“畜禽粪污沼气化处理利用创新团队”和农业科研杰出人才及其创新团队项目专项。
