On July 4, the opening ceremony of the “Seminar on Green Environmental Protection and Energy Saving and Emission Reduction for Panama in 2018” was held in Southwest China's Chengdu on Wednesday. The course is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of China and organized by Biogas Institute of Ministry of Agriculture (BIOMA).
